form for daily completion without showing previous forms

We have daily forms/ surveys to be filled out over the course of 5 days. How can logic be setup to show only non-completed forms without advancing through beyond the current day form?

ie: user is on day 2, but has not completed day 1 survey. User should be prompted to first complete the day 1 form, then shown day 2 form. They should not see forms 3,4,5.

ie: user is on day 3, has completed survey for days 1,2,3 but should not see the form for days 4 or 5.

Hi @Acrutledge Thanks for stopping by the community! While we don’t have a native feature that can do this, there might be a workaround depending on how your respondents are accessing the forms. How are you sharing the forms? And are you saving their information outside of Typeform, such as in a CRM system?

Thanks @Liz - We were planning to embed the forms in a user portal (Possibly in-body of email as well).

Hi @Acrutledge Ah got it! If that portal is a custom portal, you might be able to create a code to gather that data! It would take a bit of work, however.
