I cannot seem to get the forms I have set up in Typeform to show up in Salesforce after setting up the integration.  Anyone have any idea why?

Hi @dyocom415 thanks for reaching out! Would you mind sending some screenshots or a video of how you have the integration currently setup? It’s also important to note that if you’re connected Salesforce to a shared workspace, the owner of the workspace needs to connect their Typeform account to Salesforce.

Hello Liz! I’m havint that same issue. I wonder if it’s because I’m not the account owner. We ran the integration successfully, but I cant see the forms. 

 


@lizflores90  Ah yes, that can definitely be a contributor! You’ll want to be sure that you’re connecting the owner of the Typeform’s account to your Salesforce account (versus connecting as a member in a workspace). Let me know if that doesn’t work!
