    Thanks you for the previous answer - it helped me setup the inicial integration. 
    I have another question regarding this matter. I have a Typeform consisting of a couple of questions (Multiple Choice, Yes/No, Open Questions) and I need to have all the information of the questions answered in the freshdesk ticket. Is that somehow possible? Because now only like Name, Subject and Mail are transferred to the ticket.

    Hi @Frith thanks for stopping by! I would definitely give Zapier a try to pass more information into a Freshdesk ticket. That’ll then allow you to format the data exactly as you wish!
