Hi @gigi Happy Monday! I hope you’re having a great week so far!
I’m afraid that it’s expected behavior that the partial responses don’t pass to the Google Sheet. You can read more about the integration here.
However, I can share this feedback with our product team!

hey @Liz thanks a lot for your quick reply! much appreciated since I’m afraid there is no mention anywhere that this is the expected behavior - as I checked any possible source of documentation and this is just not there.
I think since we are allowed to store partial responses, and there is even a partial submit point, it doesn’t make much sense that to have the whole of my responses to analyze I need to manually download then in a static, separated csv file, which has a completely different layout from the integrated Gsheet ….Integrations are useful and great for efficient workflow, but if to avoid losing lost about 20% of my responses I need to revert back to manual workload, that’s not nice - really. It’s basically 2 workdays spent in preprocessing

Hi @gigi I’ll definitely send that feedback to our product team and to our help center team to not only make it clearer in the docs but see if this is a feature we can add to the integration. 😁
If you have any other questions or suggestions, please let us know!
