Help Mapping Typeform fields to Salesforce Fields not showing

Hi @SamGirv Are you receiving an error message? Or just no option to map those questions? Do you mind sharing a photo of what you’re seeing? 
 

Also, if you have any changes that need to be published, clicking the publish button in Typeform might solve that issue!

thanks for getting back to me.  No error message.  I get the option to map some fields in some of the ‘Salesforce Field’ options but not all and not the right field.

In others I get no option.

My Typeform is published.

Do you mind sharing a photo of what you’re seeing (or not seeing, in this case) in Salesforce and how the questions are set up in the Typeform builder, @SamGirv ?

Hi @SamGirv The tech team let me know that the most common reason for custom fields not showing in the mapping would be missing the Field-Level-Security. Our article here can give a bit more insight on this. 

Do you happen to know if this is the case with those fields not appearing?
