Hidden fields in Mass emails

I am trying to set up an automated email in HubSpot with a CTA going to a typeform page. I don’t want to ask them their email because I obviously already have it so I have a hidden email field. How do I set up the URL with mail merge so each contact get’s their email address added?

Hi @Anna_Bishop Happy Thursday! Thankfully, this is pretty easy to setup: 

  1. First, you need to add the hidden fields for the information you want to pass into your form. Be sure to publish your form!
  2. Next, you’ll want to copy the URL to your typeform, which should already include those hidden fields, from the Share page. 
  3. Then, you’ll place this URL into your Hubspot email, and replace the x’s in the URL with the merge fields from Hubspot.
