How do i get sent clients submitted form?

I went in on the back end and set up trigger and action and when I tested it I never received anything. I am on free plan is that the issue?

Hi Liz,

I just figured it out I had to turn on notification to get the clients form. In retrospect I did do that but I guess after messing around with it a bit I finally cracked the code! haha
