How do I set rules/triggers for surveys I want to embed?

Hey,

 

  • Used Typeform previously for B2B embedded on Wordpress, simple!
  • But now on an ecommerce project - I am not getting it. Used to ecommerce native tools such as Hotjar.
  • I need a survey that pop-ups/slides in upon exit intent (moving mouse toward browser header/X button) + having products in cart.
  • Additionally if rules are even possible, what rules does Typeform feature for mobile exit intent, sometimes it’s based on quick scrolling?
  • Using Shopify.

Hey @Eastbound welcome to the community 😊

Great questions, as far as I’m aware there’s not a native embed that triggers when someone is exiting - but there may be some folks here that have been able to set something up, @picsoung have you ever seen something like this?

We have a guide for embedding on Shopify here which could be useful for getting set up, but let us know if you’re looking for something else!
