How to identify respondents if send survey through Intercom chat?

Hi, we’re using Typeform integrated with Intercom, and we wish to send the surveys through Intercom chat.

How do we identify our respondents if we’re doing that?

Hi @soop You can use hidden fields to pass information from Intercom into Typeform. Our article here can walk you through using hidden fields to share info between the two.
