I'm having issues with my Hubspot integration


Hello,

 

I created a 13 question Typeform survey and integrated the survey to my Hubspot account so that answers get passed to the corresponding contact property in Hubspot.

 

9 out of 13 of the answers are passing to Hubspot.

 

Out of the 9 answers, one is First name, one is Last name, one is email, and then there are 6 multiple choice questions.

 

The 4 answers that are not getting passed to Hubspot are all multiple choice questions. The Typefor mquestions and corresponding contact properties in Hubspot for those 4 questions are exactly the same as the 6 multiple choice questions and answers that are getting successfully passing from Typeform to Hubspot.

 

I spoke with Hubspot support over a screen share, and they’ve directed me to Typeform support since for them it’s a third party integration. 

 

I’ve already tried redoing and approaching this from multiple angles on both the Typeform and Hubspot ends, and I’m stumped.

Yes, the multiple-choice questions are required.

 

No, I am not receiving any errors during the integration setup. This is happening after it has been set up.

@CLGlean Huh, that’s really strange. Usually an error message pops up if it doesn’t connect properly. Would you mind deleting the integration and adding it again to see if that happens to fix anything?

@Liz I redid the integration twice before this most recent time to troubleshoot the issue to no success and no error message popups. 

 

I did it again just now - I deleted the integration and added it back again, and tested with a dummy entry. This time, only 7 out of my 13 answers were passed through to Hubspot as opposed to 9 just previously.

 

Out of the 7 answers that passed, one is First name, one is Last name, one is email, and then there are 4 are multiple choice questions.

 

Please let me know how to resolve this issue. If getting on the phone or someone on your team accessing my account is necessary, I’m open to it to get this resolved.
