Identify source of lead form completions

Hi Everyone 

 

I am hoping someone can assist. 

 

We are currently exporting our leads from the website to Monday.com via Zapier. 

 

However, we are unable to see the source for example if it came from paid search or paid social etc. 

 

Your help would be much appreciated.

It was not enabled but I have enabled it now.

Are these the steps we need to take? Enable UTMs and edit the code as per the video.

Hi @Chante Brand Ah perfect! Glad those are enabled. It depends a bit on how your respondents are finding the form, but I would suggest submitting a test response to be sure those are working.

Hi Liz, 

 

We enabled the UTMs and did a test but we are not seeing any data in Typeform under results. 

 

At first I thought the form is embedded but seems like it’s just linked to a button.

 

Here is the form link. 

 

How can we pass dynamic values for source, medium and campaign?

Hi Liz ! We ended up embedding the form on a page and followed the suggested process. I did a test and still not seeing any source / medium data pulling in.
