We are experiencing an issue with the integration between Typeform and our CRM, Pipedrive. Specifically, two important system fields in Pipedrive are not being recognized or integrated correctly:

  • "Source Field"
  • "Source Field Identifier"

These fields are critical for us to track the origin of our leads effectively. Without them, the integration does not provide the full functionality we need to manage and analyze lead data.

I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this issue.

I’m not exactly sure if this is the reason why, but it might have to do with the field types that you’re trying to integrate with. Do you know if the source fields match the field types that are supported? This article here has a list of those fields!
