I am integrating Typeform with HubSpot for a client. I have different versions of an NPS survey for different divisions of the company.  When I integrate the question with HubSpot the format changes.  Here are the two versions of the question: the first is integrated with HubSpot, and the second is before integration. I like the way the rating looks before integration, as it is much more consumer friendly.

HI @BethS Oh this is interesting. I believe this is changing due to the field types it needs to map to in Hubspot, but let me check with our product team on this!

Hi Liz, I am Just checking back to see if you have any updates on my issue with the way the rating question appears on the Type Form when integrated with HubSpot. Thanks for checking with your product team.

Hi @BethS Yes, I do! This is currently a bug with the integration. While I don’t have an update on the fix for this, the support team can keep you notified, if you contact them here, as they work on fixing this!

Checking back on this one @Liz -- is there an ETA to fix this? It basically means that NPS is not usable for all Hubspot users (which is… a lot of companies!) bc the key must-have essential is to make NPS super-easy for customers to complete. The Typeform interface is very nice -- it meets that criterion -- but as soon as it flips to an dropdown, when connected to Hubspot, it becomes a non-starter.
