Hi community!
With the Intercom integration, follows a function where responses automatically gets sent to the Intercom Inbox. This is a neat function if you have 10-20 responses, but it’s an awfull function if you get 100’s… That’s my case.
Intercom also has a Automation function, but since the respondents answers appears as an internal note, sent by myself, it doesn’t trigger Intercom automation.
Does anyone have some advice on how to either get rid of the Inbox function or get the automation working?
