Although I have integrated Typeform with my Intercom messenger, when I try to load it on the Intercom Inbox I get an error message. I am attaching a screenshot below for reference.

Hi @kabhatia97 Thanks for stopping by the community! Where are you accessing the Typeform integration? I can’t quite tell what part of Intercom you’re in based on the screenshot. 

Also tagging @picsoung in here in case there is an outage I’m not aware of. 


Hi Liz thanks for reaching out it has been resolved. I just had to remove and reinstall the app on Intercom. 

This error was on the Intercom Chat Inbox in the space where we send a message from.
