Hi,
I want a better automation for users who fill quiz. As ordinery people won’t open their email inbox often, so sending the answer by SMS would convert more. So does Typeform have this feature to send quiz result text by SMS?
I saw that the vice versa is possible, I mean I checked out we can as admin receive SMS when some one filled the form by Integration of Zapier.
P.S: I want to send message with Twilio, or any other SMS platform you suggest.

You could use this Integromat template that sends a ClickSend SMS when your Typeform form gets completed.
If ClickSend isn’t really your type of service, there are a bunch of other SMS gateways (including Twilio) supported by Integromat:
