Issue sending my issue to support

Unfortunately it still doesn’t work after clearing the cache.

We’d rather not publish here the screen recording we have of the issue, but the questions are:

We currently have an issue tracking where our leads came from as a certain amount of our new leads are attributed to direct traffic even though they come from paid traffic. We already reached out to HubSpot support who recommended us to reach out to you to see how analytics data can be accurately passed to HubSpot. Our guess is that the cookie wasn’t transmitted correctly to HubSpot. Knowing we are not using an embedded form but a link to a form, could you please help us solve this issue?

Additionally, we tried to use the UTMs as a roundabout, but it seems like the utm_source has to be manually put, but we can’t know for sure what is the utm_source before a visitor clicks on the link. Could you please tell us how to dynamically fill the utm_source parameter?
