Hello, i am new to typeform and i am not a native english speaker so i hope i will make myself clear. I did not see similar posts so i hope this is not a duplicate of some other topic.

Basically i work for a small online company that prepares people to our country's military tests, including psychological tests. For the latter we have - of course - two trained therapists that do consulting to our clients, after they take a test of 567 questions.

567.

Right now these questions are on a google sheet file, we duplicate it, name it after the client, and share it ONLY to said client and the therapist. We would like to automate this process and we thought about Typeform.

So far we met to problems:

- The compilation takes a lot of time since i would need to manually copy and paste every question. I have a lot of other stuff to do i can't take so much of my work time over this.

- But the most important issue, the AFTER:

When results appears in google sheet, all the answers (true/false answers) appear in horizontal order. It's VERY uncomfortable for the therapist since we are talking about 567 questions. A vertical order would be easier and tidier for the professional to analize the test.

Also, every result is in the same google sheet page for every client. The therapists are always the same so it's not a huge privacy problem - plus there's the professional secret - but it would be SOOO messy.

So i wanted to ask if there's a way to import every question without losing too much time, and if there's a way to convert the horizontal order and create automatically a different page for every test taken.

Or if this issue does not have a resolution with Typeform, if you can advise me with something else.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi @delanis Thanks for stopping by the community! Wow, talk about quite the exam! ðŸ¤£ðŸ˜… Glad to hear they are very thorough! I totally understand then the frustration with the horizontal layout of the answers.

The downside is that we don’t have a way to change that for the integration. However, it might be worth looking into a solution like the one below. It will definitely take a bit of time to setup, though it might be a little more user friendly in the long run!
