Issues integrating with Freshdesk


I am trying to create a lead generation form and integrate it with Freshdesk so that all responses will be sent in a ticket to our Customer Care team. It says that the integration was successful, but I have tested it several times and nothing is showing up in Freshdesk. Please help!

Hi @Kimberly from JVB If you haven’t already, I’d give our tech support team a shout from your account email here. When I’ve seen issues in the integration in the past, it’s usually something strange with the Freshdesk account rejecting the data, but they’ll be able to see this in the logs.

Hi @Kimberly from JVB If you haven’t already, I’d give our tech support team a shout from your account email here. When I’ve seen issues in the integration in the past, it’s usually something strange with the Freshdesk account rejecting the data, but they’ll be able to see this in the logs. 


Thanks! I was also troubleshooting this through Freshdesk, but I’m finding it difficult to get ahold of them. I’ll try this instead.

Hi @Liz! We’re having a problem integrating with FreshDesk too (also, we can’t contact through your support form, it keeps redirecting us to the Form Creator when we log in...)

When we try to integrate with FreshDesk, it says activated and enabled but then we don’t receive anything in FreshDesk. We get an error email that says Integration: Google Sheets (It should be FreshDesk) and “Unable to renew API token. Please reinstall integration with different account”. But in the Connect panel it looks fine.

Hi @theluxenomad Definitely reach out to our support team for help with this, as they can look into the backend of your account. Did you try to reach them from the form here while logged into your account?

I am not able integrate Freshdesk, it gives an error, whereas the details are correct.

Hi @Samarth800 If the credentials are right but you’re receiving this message, you’ll want to reach out to Freshdesk to see if they’re able to specify where the error is coming from (as this message is appearing on their authentication portion).

Hi @Samarth800, did you manage to resolve this? I’m getting the same error and Freshdesk doesn’t seem to be able to help me….
