Klaviyo Segment Error

Newbie question - I’m having trouble integrating typeform with klaviyo.

I would love to create a segment for everyone who submitted my form (there are 9 people). But when I go to create that segment, “What someone has done or not done > Typeform > submitted form > at least once > over all time” klaviyo tells me there are no people in the segment. 

I chose “Only sync specific forms” in Advanced Options and I’ve included the form ID.

Hi @nikki274 Welcome to the community! It sounds like you have everything setup and as long as you’ve passed data from Typeform into Klaviyo through their integration, this should be working for you. 
 

It may be best to contact their support team directly, as they’ll be able to log into your Klaviyo account to see why this segment isn’t pulling up data. You can contact their support team here.
