Looking for integration to trigger email to mailing list based on response

Hi, does anyone know of an integration (or group of integrations) that will allow me to do the following:

1. Add respondents to different mailing lists based on their response to a multiple choice question on ‘Typeform A’
2. When a respondent fills out ‘Typeform B’, send personalized emails containing the responses to everyone on one of the mailing lists described above
