The first question page on the mobile devices is not showing the navigation keys as well and the “Powered by Typeform” footer 
If using the keyboard to enter name and hit “done” on the phone keyboard then two OK buttons appear

Thank you! The embed looks good for the most part, though do you mind expanding the height to 500px? Sometimes when the form is less than 500px, it has formatting issues, @JCo
