Is it possible to map questions from one form to multiple tables in my notion workspace? For example, I am a dog trainer and I created an intake form for new clients and their dogs. There is a drop down list for the different tables. I have a notion table for clients info and a table for dog info. I can choose between which table I want to map, but I can only actually see mappable fields with the dog table. When I switch to the client table in the pulldown list, I don’t see any options for the client fields.

Hi @RobDog34 Thanks for stopping by the community! It’s only possible to connect one form to one Notion table, so if you’re not seeing the fields for the second table appear, this is why. That said, you can always use a service like Zapier or Make to send the data to another table!
