Notion Integration Stopped Working

I have a typeform integrated with a Notion Table. It was working but now has stopped after I modified the typeform. I have deleted and recreated the integration several times but it no longer seems to work.

 

I have checked the webhook response and is is a 200. Is there a way to see why it is failing?

HI @pgiesin Welcome to the community! Do you have the typeform connected through our native integration? If not, would you mind sharing more about how you have the integration setup? 

The integration can stop working if fields in either Notion or Typeform or changed or manual edits are made to the Notion page. Do either of these cases apply to your form?
