Option to add tags in mailchimp not showing up

Hello,

The option to add tags in the mailchimp integration is not showing up for me. It says I need to restart the integration in order to do so which I have done multiple times but to no avail. How can I get them to show up again?

Hi @morjgreen thanks for stopping by! This may be a dumb question, but do you have tags setup in your Mailchimp account? If not, you’ll want to add them there first and then start the integration process again. :grinning:

Hey @Liz !

Yes the tags are all set up. Is there some sort of secret to restarting the integration process? Because I have deleted it and restarted it multiple times and still the option does not appear, telling me to restart again.

Hi @morjgreen Huh, that is strange. Do you happen to be a member on a team account? If so, you may need to try connecting under the owner’s login information.
