We take care of recruiting and use typeform to create job applications


The data received from the typeform requests, we send them, via zapier, on airtable


People applying today could apply for another job offer tomorrow by answering basic questions that are the same for all modules (around 70% of the typical module)


Is there a solution through which we can retrieve the information already present on airtable, to answer the questions of the typeform?

Hi @AmaliaCare We don’t have an option that would allow your forms to connect and retrieve information from an outside database, I’m afraid. You could pass the information in through hidden fields, if you happen to have any of this data saved in a CRM system.
