Problem with Mailchimp integration | Community

When I add a mailchimp integration to my form (asking about phone + email), if the respondent only adds email without phone, the form doesnt submit and it keeps saying “trying again”!


Not sure this is a mailchimp problem actually. I turned it off now and it’s still not working! THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM

 

@OZK - have you made both questions required in the Typeform? If your mailchimp record requires that both be presented from the Typeform in order to submit, then you will have to set up the questions in typeform to be required.

No it didnt, and I didnt feel like it was a safe way, so i removed the typeform

Hm, interesting, @OZK . Could you share more about what wouldn’t be safe about marking the questions as required?
