hi ok so on my live master form question one if NO is selected it sends them to another typeform which is the correct flow but a page comes up saying “sorry you can't access this form until its creator says so” any help would be appreciated thanks

I’m sorry to hear that. From your message, it looks like the redirect itself is fine, but the issue might be that the second Typeform isn’t currently public/published. Can you go to the second typeform and make sure it is published and not manually closed to new responses? If this doesn’t work, our Support team will be able to help, you can contact them here.

Hi thank you for coming back to me...IU have pressed share but it does not say anywhere to Publish there is no button for this…..

The first time you “publish” a form you will see a “Share” button:
After that, if you make any changes to your form, the button that will show is the “Publish Edits” button (see here).
If the redirect to the second form is still not working, please contact our Support team (you can contact them here) and share the URL of your second typeform.

Hi ok I have shared the form, but it still does not work…. I have my main form and one of the questions has a “no” for an answer ...I have then “branched” the NO to redirect to the link of the new typeform I have created BUT once it re-directs it says “sorry you can't access this typeform until the creator say so”
