i would like to send all the forms to a secondery mail,
to my workres at the office.
and i dont wanna give them a acces to my mail.
how can i do it?

I am assuming that by form you mean "Form responses"
You could do so via the "Notifications" option of your form
Then choose "Notify me -> Toggle Email notifications to on
After which you will see a place to enter all the emails that should be a notified of the response. (You can also customize the email they will receive)
