Hi, I have a Typeform <> Google Sheets integration that was temporarily turned off. We received a new form submission while the integration was paused. Now that I’ve turned the integration back on, the form response that was submitted is not populating the Google Sheet. Any advice here? Thanks!

Hey @cappleton! Welcome to our Community! 👋🏼

I'm afraid there's no way you can recover the response. The integration should've been active to collect the data. I'm tagging @mathio and @picsoung in case they have any advice for you.

Wishing you the best of luck with this. Have a great weekend!

@cappleton - the only thing you can try is to turn off the Connection to the google sheet and make a new connection to a new google sheet. It should ask you if you want to load existing data into the form.

that might work for you - there is a limit on the number of data records from Typeform that it will load (2k i think) BUT if you have the existing google sheet, you can then merge the data from both sheets into one - if you have more than 2k responses already..

just a thought
