Hi @mj6ue The Slack API has a 2989 character limit, so if your question is over this limit, the results won’t be sent to the integration. Hopefully that helps, but let us know if you have any other questions!

@Liz  My response was send successfully when I removed the   character from the text, is there any specified limit of characters not to be used? 

Oh, I didn’t know that, @mj6ue . Glad to know that removing the emoji worked! I’m not aware of any other characters that can’t be used, but if you do spot any, let us know!
