Hello all.

I am using the payment question, but wanted to know if there is a way to have in the Typeform results, something that indicates that a payment has been process correctly or if it was denied. Is there anything like that?

I am not really sure that the Stripe account approval process has anything to do with the question. You don’t need to reply if you don’t know the answer, Ibrahim.

Hello all.

I am using the payment question, but wanted to know if there is a way to have in the Typeform results, something that indicates that a payment has been process correctly or if it was denied. Is there anything like that?

One idea would be to mark the question as Required, so that only people who paid could move forward with the form. But you would loose all the answers of the people who did not pay and therefore do not complete the form.

Another idea is to do a first form for people to fill all their information, without the payment question. Then redirect to a second Typeform with only the payment question marked as Required, and pass a field (for example the email) as hidden field to be able to reconcile both datasets. You can then compare the answers of both forms. All the answers of form 2 are people who paid. When there is an answer in form 1 and not form 2, it is probably that the person did not pay, or that the payment was not successful.

Hi @jsaenz The respondent won’t be able to submit the form if the payment wasn’t approved, so you can be sure that anyone who has submitted a response to your form has a payment that has been processed.
