Survey Results are not populating in Intercom conversations

When we send a typeform block in intercom the results from the survey are not showing up in the conversation. The user is receiving the survey and having no trouble with answering. The results are populating in our typeform account, just not showing up in the conversation.

@picsoung Do you know if this is expected behavior or a bug by chance? 

I’m having the same issue. The form shows the End Screen but doesn’t close automatically going back to the Intercom conversation like it used to. The answers are visible in Typeform, but the automated note is missing.

I reached out to the support team but they were unable to help. The only way I am able to see the results in intercom now is if I configure the typeform survey and look at the survey results in the side panel to the right of the conversation.

This was a temporary issue and it’s now been solved.
