Trying to connect Stripe Payments

When I click on connect to Stripe it keeps giving me the circle of death and never finishes. I have two Stripe accounts - one that’s connected to my App and the other is free to be accepted by Typeform… please help!

Hi @Christarae Have you tried clearing the cache on your browser? 

If that isn’t working, what browser/device are you editing on?

Hi Liz - yes, and Im using both Firefox and Safari - I’m working on a MacBook Pro.

Hi @Christarae Apologies for the delay! Do you mind trying Chrome to see if that makes any difference, as well as log out of your Stripe account if you’re logged in?

Tried it all and going with a different option. Too bad as I’m paying $59 a month and it should be included… 😐

@Christarae If you haven’t already, I would suggest contacting our support team directly at this point, as they will be able to log into your account to see what’s happening. Since we don’t have any known issues of this with other accounts, it looks to be an account-specific issue.
