I’ve connected my Mailchimp and Typeform accounts. I’ve published a form and connected the form with Mailchimp. I’ve connected the First name, Last Name, email, and phone number fields in Typeform with their counterparts in Mailchimp.  I’ve processed a few test responses, and they are submitting successfully to Typeform but not populating in Mailchimp. Please help. Thank you!

Hi @canogapark Thanks for stopping by the community! Is the email address required? If not, you’ll definitely want to be sure that field as well as the name fields are!

Email is required and has been included in all of my test submissions. None of my 10+ test submissions have successfully integrated with Mailchimp. I need a fix on this ASAP as we’re scheduled to go live tomorrow.

Hm, in that case, @canogapark if you haven’t already, I would definitely suggest reaching out to our technical team here, as they can look to see in the backend if that data is sending. If it’s not sending, they will help narrow down why.
