Hello,

I need to find the wrong (not expected) answers in a typeform test and then set actions on another app through zapier.

Is it possible to meet this requirement through zapier?

 

I mean, every question in my typeform has 3 different possible answers. I want zapier to detect these answers and set a specific action depending on which answer the user selected.

Hi @Efren thanks for stopping by the community! This is definitely possible with Zapier! I would suggest using their filters option, which would allow you to send an email or whichever action you’d like to take in another app based on their response.

 

Basically, you’ll want to setup a workflow like this. Would that work for you?
