Typeform embedded on site only won't send .com email extentions to our support mail

Hi ​@PBHQ Thanks for popping by the community! Do you mind sharing the URLs where the forms are embedded so we can test this? 

Additionally, to clarify, are respondents unable to complete an email address question on the form? Or are you not receiving follow-ups from these submissions?
