I published my form a month ago and now I wanted to bring the emails of user submissions over. So, I already connected it with HubSpot but data failed to port successfully.

Did you create an email question on your form and published it? Sometimes this could be the fix.
If you tried this and didn't work, can you tell us which browser/device are you connecting with? And would you mind sending a screenshot of the error? It'd help us to troubleshoot!
