Typeform + Notion integration

Hi!
I have a problem with typeform & notion integration.

The problem appears when mapping multiselect questions. If the answer contains a comma, then this answer is not sent to the notion, or at least it’s not visible there. When there are no commas, everything works fine.

Any ideas?

Hi @Raf Thanks for asking the community! I’m not totally sure if this is expected behavior, so I’m reaching our to our tech team to see if they know. I’ll report back shortly!

@picsoung do you happen to know if this is expected behavior?

@Liz - there are other threads in the community where the ‘no comma and it works fine’ have been mentioned as the ‘expected behaviour’ (of the app, not the user lol)

Thx @Liz & @john.desborough. So this this known issue but not resolved. Is it going to be?
It’s really problematic not to be able to use comma for longer answers...

Hi @Raf I believe this is a limitation of Notion’s API, so we aren’t able to do too much until they update their API, but tagging @picsoung who can confirm this.

Hey @Raf,

This is currently a limitation from Notion’s API, as explained in their documentation.

Note: Commas (",") are not valid for select values.

I hope it makes sense.
