Have you cross-checked the data types? Could it be that one field has the “type: email” and the other has the “type: text”? I am not sure if this is the error, but if the names of the fields are correct, the datatype would be my best guess.

Yeah I did that yesterday and realized it was the difference in data type like you accurately guessed. I already fixed it yesterday. Thank you so much for reaching out. Your insight would have come handy had I not figured it out already. Many thanks again.
