Here is how it comes out in Trello...there aren't any settings to make the responses(on right) more legible

I am facing issue as I am loosing all details when moving a card from a desk to another into Trello. I still got a link but all content is not visible anymore. 

Integration works well but here is a major issue I am facing. Can someone assist ?
