Hi @trala We did have some brief maintenance today that could have caused the issue, but that should be resolved now. Are you still experiencing the error when trying to submit a ticket?
I have the same issue. I tried to upgrade my plan to Pro today (monthly), instead of it I was charged for year of Plus (lot more money). And there is no way to contact support - form is broken, no answers anywhere. I am kind of disappointed by this service.
Any clues what is going on?
I ended up sending an email to support@typeform.com and they responded.
