Update Salesforce Case with Form Submission

Is it possible to update fields on a case when a Typeform is completed? The customer would receive a link with caseID as a merge field in the URL, once the form has been completed, fields on the specific case are updated with the submitted information. Thank you for your help!

Hi @Annika. It is possible to update Case fields when an typeform is complete via our native Salesforce integration. However, it isn’t possible to conditionally send out a URL with the updated case fields via our notifications feature. 

You could probably enable this workflow via an automation tool like Zapier.
