Upgrade delay

I upgraded my account and it says my upgrade is pending despite the help docs saying that upgrades are activated immediately. How long will I need to wait before being able to integrate my form with the upgraded features.

Hi @RNMKR Support Welcome to the community! Usually this happens when changing yearly plans, as they aren’t effective until the end of the year, but our billing team can help take care of this for you. :)

You’ll just want to contact them from your account email here to get some help! 

Hi @Liz, I have the same issue as @RNMKR Support is explaining above. I have already contacted your billing team but did not receive an answer yet. Since my project is quite time critical I am kindly asking for fast support.
