UTM Source passed to CRM

We are embedding Typeform on our website and using Microsoft Automate to capture and transfer the submissions to our D365 CRM. What is the best way to capture the UTM source (e.g., Google Ads or organic referral search) and send it to our CRM for tracking our digital marketing efforts?

Hi @MVJessica Thanks for stopping by the community! If you’re using Google Ads, they should be able to pass that information into hidden fields. To set up the UTM variables for this, you can follow the steps here. I would definitely test this to be sure it’s working, too!

If you're also wanting to capture organic search data (like if someone comes to your site from an Organic Search), I'd suggest looking at a tool like Attributer.io.

Typeform's UTM capturing feature works well for capturing UTM parameters, but it doesn't provide any information on leads that come from organic channels.

Hi @azisbak Thanks for stopping by the community. This is an interesting suggestion. Do you have an example of how to set this up?
