UTM Tracking Embed from Klaviyo Email Campaign

You will need a Typeform Email Question, which you can map to Klaviyo’s email field during the integration set up. This Help Center article can help you with syncing form responses to Klaviyo, and we have this one that explains how to launch forms from a Klaviyo email.

To set up the UTM tracking with Klaviyo:

• In Typeform add URL parameters (utm_source, utm_campaign etc.)
• In Klaviyo build the Typeform link with UTMs, for example: 
  https://yourform.typeform.com/to/ABC123?utm_source=klaviyo&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign={{ campaign.name }}
  You can also include email={{ email }} here if you want to prefill the Email question.
• Map the Typeform email question to Klaviyo email during the integration connection
• Map URL parameters (utm_source) to Klaviyo custom properties
