Question

Why won't Salesforce accept my typeform mapping? Won't recognize AccountID?

Trying to map to typeform fields to Salesforce, but I get the error “Required fields are missing: [AccountId]” BUT I did map that field where it appeared on the account mapping page. Perhaps it needs to be added to the Contracts (standard object) that I’m using, but it doesn’t show up for that mapping as it’s a lookup field on the contract account.

Hey @Rachel bachel welcome to the community 😊

I would recommend reaching out to the technical support team via this link, if you haven’t already, they’ll be able to investigate whats happening with the Salesforce integration for you.

Hey @Rachel bachel

This is probably due to the way your object is setup on and how they relate to each other.

I believe your question is similar to this topic.
Recommendation was to use Salesforce Flow to connect objects correctly.
