We use Videoask to display allow users to submit a video response to a video question. Our flow allows users to click “Record your answer” button while the question video is playing.
As of recently, we’ve noticed a regression where clicking “Record your answer” will not pause the question video and the audio will continue playing in the background while you try to record your answer. Previously this worked as expected with the Record your Answer button would pause the audio.
Is there a way to configure our question to pause as expected? Thanks!
