Hello, 

 
We would like to prompt Videoask to appear as a floating widget when a Call-to-Action button is clicked on our website. Currently, clicking the Call-to-Action button prompts Videoask to appear in a new web page. Ive included the Current and Preferred scenario below.

Current Scenario 

1. CTA button is clicked 
 2. New webpage appears with VideoAsk sequence


Preferred Scenario 

1. CTA button is clicked 

2. Floating widget appears with VideoAsk sequence

We have an advanced embed options Help Center article here, which includes some example code for various different options, one of them is to create a button that then opens into the widget modal, is that what you had in mind? 

Alternatively, when you go to the share and embed tab in VideoAsk you can customize the widget to appear as a button and add a CTA to prompt visitors to click:

 

 

Once you’ve customised it you can copy the embed code and add to your website.
