quality of the camera

Hello community. I'm having trouble recording. My camera is a logitech meet up webcam. The quality of the camera must be higher than that taken into account by videoAsk. Do you know how to solve the problem?

Can you provide some more information, such as a screen recording of you filming in VideoAsk or a sample recording from the camera?

 

Hello @andrew_videoask et @Liz , thank you for your answer. here is a screenshot of the downloaded video, once it has been saved via the VideoAsk form. Recording via VidioAsk, what is the quality of the video? 720 or 1080? THANKS.

Are you using this video in the videoask itself (as a step that prompts respondents to answer), or did you submit this video as an answer to your videoask? 

If you submitted it as an answer (as if you were a respondent going through the videoask), then you may notice a significant decrease in quality if you have enabled the ‘Streamed’ recording setting.

Here’s some more information on Streamed vs. Uploaded recording.

If you want to maximize quality, then switch over to Uploaded recording 🙂
